Agreement
These terms govern your access to POS Wizard, a service from Web Wizard. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use POS Wizard for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
The service
POS Wizard provides a browser-based point of sale that connects to a WooCommerce store. Features may include catalog and inventory sync, customer and order management, staff access, shipping labels and notifications. You are responsible for your WooCommerce store, internet connection, compatible devices and any third-party services you choose to connect.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning suitable roles to staff. You may not share access in a way that bypasses account limits.
Acceptable use
You may not use POS Wizard to:
- break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
- access accounts, stores or data without authorization;
- upload malware or interfere with the service;
- probe or bypass security or usage limits; or
- resell the service unless we agree in writing.
Shipping labels and payment
The point of sale is free to use. Shipping labels are not: each one costs what the carrier charges, plus a fixed fee and the card processing cost. You see the final price before you buy, and nothing is charged unless you buy a label.
Carriers weigh and measure parcels themselves. If a carrier finds a parcel heavier or larger than you declared, it bills us the difference, and we charge that difference plus the card processing cost to your saved card. We add no margin to those corrections, and we email you what the carrier found and what you declared. We only make such a charge where the store owner has accepted these terms.
If a label cannot be issued after you have paid, the charge is refunded. Voiding a label you have already bought is a request to the carrier, not a guarantee; any refund follows once the carrier confirms it. Taxes may apply.
Your data
You retain your rights in the content and store data you provide. You grant us permission to host, process and transmit that data only as needed to provide, secure and support POS Wizard. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep POS Wizard available and reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice when a material change affects paid use where practical.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using POS Wizard at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use or unpaid fees. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, POS Wizard is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Web Wizard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised date on this page. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@poswizard.app.
